Why Reiki?
Reiki is a high vibrational healing therapy that reduces stress/anxiety and removes energy blocks.
It empowers our body, mind and spirit and returns us to full vitality.
What is Reiki?
I think it's safe to say that at some point all of us have felt that jittery feeling, like you feel uncomfortable in your own skin for some reason but you just can't put your finger on why. It's one of the reasons people seek out energy healing. Reiki therapy targets these imbalances, addressing the root cause rather than just alleviating symptoms. Reiki's calming touch counteracts the fight-or-flight feelings and helps the body shift into parasympathetic (rest and digest) mode. Helping individuals find a sense of relaxation, calmness and clarity.

Current Status of Reiki Research 2024:
There is a cumulative effect of Reiki sessions over time. Regular sessions can enhance your ability to respond to unhealthy elements in your environment and help you to better handle stress. By promoting the harmonious distribution of energy, Reiki is an excellent form of preventive medicine.
